The third Presidents' Forum of Excelsior College will be held on March 28, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Offices of Wilmer-Hale, 1801 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, D.C.

The focus of this invitation only leadership conference will be to identify Regulatory Changes Necessary to Conduct Educational Commerce in a Knowledge Based Economy and to identify changes to current statutes, rules, and regulatory practices that will enhance our ability to serve students within the online learning environment.
